Instapak Quick® RT Foam Packaging
Determine If This is the Right Packaging Material for You
Instapak Quick® RT foam is an extremely versatile packaging material. However it may not be appropriate for every product. To determine if it is right for your product, you should do the following:
Step 1: Use the weight and dimensions of your product to calculate the "load" your product will put on the foam cushion.
Step 2: Estimate how much volume the expanded foam cushions will occupy when they cradle you product inside a corrugated box.
Note: You should test the application to determine the suitability of Instapak Quick® foam packaging for the intended use
The following drawings are intended to illustrate the approximate size of the cushion you can expect when Instapak Quick® RT bags are expanded. Cushion sizes may vary depending on product size and packaging technique.
NOTE: Expanded bags will not be completely filled with foam.
