Return Policy
The Instapak Quick® RT Quick Start® Kit may be returned for full credit for any
reason within 30 days of your receipt of the kit, provided it is returned unopened
in its original packaging. To return the Instapak Quick® RT Quick Start® Kit, please
contact us for instructions at 1-800-638-0557. Instapak Quick® RT bags may not be
returned unless covered by the warranty described below.

*The density of foam obtained when rise is restricted is always higher than the free rise density for all commercial packaging foams. It is typically 1.5 to 2.0 times the free rise density.
Warranty
Sealed Air Corporation warrants to the original commercial buyer that, for a period
of six (6) months from the date of purchase, Instapak Quick® RT foam packaging bags
when used in accordance with Sealed Air instructions, will make foam-in-place polyurethane
foam meeting Sealed Air published specifications. In addition, Sealed Air Corporation
warrants that Instapak Quick® RT bags will be free from defects in manufacture for
a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Sealed Air Corporation makes no other warranty, express or implied, as to Instapak
Quick® RT foam packaging bags. The foregoing warranties exclude all other warranties,
express or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation,
the implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
The user should test the application to determine the suitability of Instapak Quick®
RT foam packaging for the intended use.
The sole remedy under this warranty shall be, at Sealed Air Corporation's option,
repair or replacement of the Instapak Quick® RT bags that fail to meet the warranty
or refund of the purchase price. To obtain repairs, replacement product or a refund,
the customer must notify Sealed Air Corporation of the claimed defect during the
six-month warranty period for Instapak Quick® RT bags.
Sealed Air Corporation's liability in connection with products supplied by Sealed
Air Corporation shall not exceed the purchase price for such products actually paid
to Sealed Air Corporation. Sealed Air Corporation shall not be liable for incidental
or consequential damages.
